This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Repertoire Pilates Pty Ltd (we, us or our) via the website located at repertoirepilates.com.au (Website). 

What information do we collect? 

The kind of Personal Information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The Personal Information which we collect and hold about you may include: Contact information, which you provide when corresponding with us by phone, email or 

otherwise. This includes information you provide when you participate in social media functions on or through our site and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, phone number, financial information and/or credit card information. Due payment information, including financial information such as credit/debit card and account numbers used to process your lesson registration and/or membership payment. Purchase information, relating to purchases of delegate passes and Virtual Event participation, either in-person or via our site. Purchase information will include financial information as well as information concerning the content and time of the purchase. Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or device to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform. Information about your visit, including pages you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our customer service number and location information. 

How we collect your personal information 

We may collect Personal Information from you whenever you input such information into the Website, related app or provide it to Us in any other way. We may also collect cookies from your computer which enable us to tell when you use the Website and also to help customize your Website experience. As a general rule, however, it is not possible to identify you personally from our use of cookies. We generally don’t collect Sensitive Information, but when we do, we will comply with the preceding paragraph. Where reasonable and practicable we collect your Personal Information from you only. However, sometimes we may be given information from a third party, in cases like this we will take steps to make you aware of the information that was provided by a third party. 

Purpose of collection 

We collect Personal Information to provide you with the best service experience possible on the Website and keep in touch with you about developments in our business. We customarily only disclose Personal Information to our service providers who assist us in operating the Website. Your Personal Information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties. By using our Website, you consent to the receipt of direct marketing material. We will only use your Personal Information for this purpose if we have collected such information directly from you, and if it is material of a type which you would reasonably expect to receive from us. We do not use sensitive Personal Information in direct marketing activity. permit you to obtain access to the Personal Information we hold about you in certain circumstances (Australian Privacy Principle 12); and allow you to correct inaccurate Personal Information subject to certain exceptions.

Complaint procedure 

If you have a complaint concerning the manner in which we maintain the privacy of your Personal Information, please contact us as on the contact details set out at the bottom of this policy. All complaints will be considered by Anthea Maclean and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. 

Overseas transfer 

Your Personal Information will not be disclosed to recipients outside Australia unless you expressly request us to do so. If you request us to transfer your Personal Information to an overseas recipient, the overseas recipient will not be required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles and we will not be liable for any mishandling of your information in such circumstances.

Change of details or opt-out

You may at any time choose to opt-out and seek that we delete your personal details via email request to repertoirepilates@gmail.com or by responding STOP. Any customer who opts-out we will update our records accordingly to ensure that their personal details are removed from our systems particularly in relation to marketing and promotional materials and newsletters. 

Changes to this Policy

Subject to the applicable legislation we may update and change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will tell you and alert you to any changes and ensure a copy of the updated policy is made available either online and/or mail to you. Any modifications or changes we make will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated in this policy. If required by the applicable laws, we will seek your consent for such changes and also provide to you an opportunity to withdraw and cancel your subscription or membership with our business.
